Tigress Ingeoservices has produced a new plotting utility called
TigCGM, developed to correctly handle Cyrillic fonts. Now Tigress
plots with embedded Cyrillic text can be plotted easily on a wide
range of plotters.
In addition the utility will convert CGM format files to GIF,
jpeg and bitmap formats.
