Tigress Ltd marketing manager Paul O'Neill is to
give a presentation at a forthcoming major industry conference in
Houston, Texas in April 2006.
In the talk, entitled "Banking, investment and risk management -
the role of E&P databases", O'Neill will look at the true value
of exploration and production data. He will also consider the
risks faced by E&P companies and investors if they do not
provide sufficient data banking services, both internally for field
studies and externally for promoting partnerships.
The presentation will be given on the second day of the 10th
International Conference on Petroleum Data Integration E-Commerce
and Data Management, which is focusing on 'Practical
Solutions - Innovative Thinking'. The conference is being held on
19-21 April, and is sponsored by the Petrotechnical Open
Standards Consortium and Public Petroleum Data Model
Assocation.
